We went on the 14-day Best of Costa Rica tour in February and are still absolutely thrilled. The organization was excellent – everything went smoothly, from the transfers to the accommodations. We especially enjoyed Tortuguero National Park and the boat tours through the canals – simply magical when the mist hangs over the water in the morning and howler monkeys call everywhere.

My only minor criticism: The travel times were sometimes longer than expected, but that's probably normal in Costa Rica. On the other hand, we saw an incredible amount – volcanoes, rainforest, beaches, sloths, toucans… simply everything. We would book again in a heartbeat!

In July I visited the Costa Rica self Drive Round trip (3 weeks). It was my first time in Central America, and I was a little nervous about the road conditions – but it worked out great. The rental car was great, and the route description from Costa Rica Individual was very helpful.

Highlights for me: Rio Pacuare (rafting was awesome!), Arenal Volcano, and relaxing at Playa Samara. The hotel in Cahuita was a bit simpler than expected, but the location right on the Beach made up for it. Overall, a great mix of adventure, nature, and relaxation.

We were on an 8-day Costa Rica tour with our two children (9 and 12). The care provided by the team was truly warm – even the welcome at the Airports It was superbly organized. We especially enjoyed the boat trip in Tortuguero and bathing in the hot springs at the Arenal Volcano.

Our Kids We were thrilled by the animals – sloths, frogs, monkeys – we saw everything! What surprised us positively: The lodges were very clean and often had small details, such as hammocks or jungle views. Only that breakfast It was a bit "simple" at times, but that's part of the authentic experience. We'll definitely be back – maybe with a rental car next time!
